Job description

Your Role As a senior developer on our development team, you would be responsible for taking ideas from concept through to deployment. You would be expected to significantly shape the technical future of our platform. As the ideal candidate you should have previously built large scale web systems and be excited about helping the company scale. On a technical level you should have at least four years of experience with Ruby on Rails (or an equivalent web development environment) and at least two years of experience with a Javascript framework like Ember.JS. Knowledge of both Rails and Ember is a big plus. You should be very comfortable designing large software systems. Furthermore you should take pride in your software craftsmanship and value a clean object oriented software design. A strong focus on automated testing (unit testing, integration testing and Cucumber knowledge) is mandatory. Our Team We’re a small and collaborative team. We are about 17 people now, of which 6 are developers (all mostly full-stack). We get along well and genuinely enjoy working with one another.
